Aris Golemi
CEO/Founder
Xcel Talent Agency was founded by Aris Golemi in 2006. His music industry connections, his loyalty to his clients, and his work ethic made Xcel Talent Agency the leading dance agency in the South in a relatively short period of time. His clients have performed for The Oscars, The Grammy Awards, American Music Awards, Billboard Awards, Country Music Awards, MTV Awards, Good Morning America, So You Think You Can Dance, Oprah, Ellen DeGeneres Show, The Superbowl, The Orange Bowl, Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Ferrari, Sony, Mc Donald's, Nike, Adidas, Justin Timberlake, Taylor Swift, Beyonce, Usher, Nicki Minaj and Elton John among others. A former dancer himself, Aris began his dance and choreographic career at the Academy of Fine Arts in Tirana, Albania where he earned a Bachelor Degree in Choreography. He has garnered tremendous recognition internationally for his outstanding achievements in the industry. Aris was a Celebrity Judge for ‘Sprite Step Off’, a new television show on MTV 2. In 2006, Tirana Observer listed Golemi as one of the ’50 most successful Albanians’ in the world.
Becca Potter
Talent Director
Becca Potter has been a dancer for 26 years, having started at a young age in Marietta, Georgia. She added Musical Theatre to her interests in high school and has been balancing the two ever since. She earned two Bachelor of Arts degrees from Kennesaw State University (Theatre & Performance Studies and Dance). She has worked professionally in the Musical Theatre industry for 7 years, and eventually found her home at Xcel Talent Agency. She has appeared in such commercials as Georgia Lottery, Zaxby’s, Aaron’s and QuickTrip and other principal roles in Logan Lucky, Sleepy Hollow, and Powers. Her attention to detail, diversified knowledge of the craft, and passion for her client’s success have given her the perfect tools to book her clients some of the biggest jobs in the country.
Bubba Carr
Studio Manager
Bubba Carr was born as Charles Carr. He is known for his work on Rock of Ages (2012), Footloose (2011) and Ten Dollar Cover (2011).
