Aris Golemi

Aris Golemi

CEO/Founder

Xcel Talent Agency was founded by Aris Golemi in 2006. His music industry connections, his loyalty to his clients, and his work ethic made Xcel Talent Agency the leading dance agency in the South in a relatively short period of time. His clients have performed for The Oscars, The Grammy Awards, American Music Awards, Billboard Awards, Country Music Awards, MTV Awards, Good Morning America, So You Think You Can Dance, Oprah, Ellen DeGeneres Show, The Superbowl, The Orange Bowl, Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Ferrari, Sony, Mc Donald's, Nike, Adidas, Justin Timberlake, Taylor Swift, Beyonce, Usher, Nicki Minaj and Elton John among others. A former dancer himself, Aris began his dance and choreographic career at the Academy of Fine Arts in Tirana, Albania where he earned a Bachelor Degree in Choreography. He has garnered tremendous recognition internationally for his outstanding achievements in the industry. Aris was a Celebrity Judge for ‘Sprite Step Off’, a new television show on MTV 2. In 2006, Tirana Observer listed Golemi as one of the ’50 most successful Albanians’ in the world.

Talent Director

Margaret Moseley Ussery was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama. She earned an Associates Degree in Art and a Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where she served as a member of the UAB Golden Girls dance team. Margaret’s love of dance and performance led her to Atlanta in 2008, when she was selected to be a member of the NFL’s Atlanta Falcons Cheerleaders. Appearing in television shows like Drop Dead Divas, Vampire Diaries and One Tree Hill, from taking principal roles for Turner, NCAA, GA Lottery, Nike, Aaron’s and NFL Network commercials, all the way to hosting for the Atlanta Falcons and Comcast to nationwide print ads for Reebok. Margaret has taken the ever-expanding Atlanta entertainment scene by storm, understanding both the talent aspect of this business as well as the agent’s, taking what she’s learned with her over the years to the top notch management team at Xcel, giving her the upper hand at booking some of the top talent in the nation.
